How to Order

To place an order with Liang, please send her an email to liangshao5611@gmail.com. In your email, please include the following information:

• A photo of the subject you want to be depicted in the portrait
• The number of subjects (people, pets, or others) in the photo
• Your preferred size and type of portrait (oil painting, black and white charcoal, or color pastel drawing)

You can get an estimate of the cost of the portrait by referring to the pricing page, which provides an estimate based on size, type, and subject. After reviewing the photo, Liang will respond with an estimate on the time and cost involved.

If you decide to proceed with the portrait order, the next step is to arrange for a 50% deposit payment. The most convenient method of payment is via Interac E-transfer from your bank's website to Liang's email address. If you prefer, you can also arrange to meet with Liang in person to make the deposit payment.

Typically, charcoal or pastel portraits are completed within 7 days of receiving the deposit payment, while oil paintings may take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. Liang will email you a photo of the finished portrait, and you can arrange for pick up in person if you are local. If you are not located nearby, shipping rates (based on distance) will apply and will need to be paid along with the remaining balance.
